Irene says, “Before a competition I walk or bicycle one or two Hours per day. My best body parts are my arms and shoulders and my focus now is to work hard on my legs. I believe that you always have to eat well to feel good and to get the most out of your training. The only difference before a contest is that I cut down on fat, carbohydrates and the amount of food.

This is what I eat:
Fish, shrimps, tuna, chicken, eggs and red meat with salads and vegetables and rise. I use oil for cooking, peanuts for snacks.

Intrerests:
I love to spend time with my family and friends. Sometimes I paint and compete with my greyhound.

Motto in life: Just do it!
