Kris says, “I choose to surround myself with people interested in improving their quality of life. Be it your body, your mind, or your future. I enjoy shaping my physique and helping others shape theirs, as well as their lives. I live like I train, it’s all or nothing. There are days you just don’t want to do anything, or get out of bed for that matter, but you push yourself and you get things done. The profound effects of how hard we train, the sacrifices we endure, and the discipline that we entail, ultimately affect the way I live my life and that choices I make. Through these attributes, no matter what aspect of life it may be, ANYTHING is possible. I know there can be some bad things that happen, and sometimes you just want to give up, but it IS worth fighting for, anything in life is. So train hard, play harder, and live in this world like its being graded.”

What is the biggest problem for the European bodybuilder to turn a pro? Lack of pro contests in Europe. High cost of participation in the American contests – costs of the trip and stay in America. Maybe the European amateur bodybuilders need more courage to compete with the best bodybuilders. Money can be also problem for some bodybuilders.

Alina Says, “Ever since I ever knew I was the very active, sportive kind of kid. I had endless energy resources and I loved sports. I began with some track when I was 12 years old. I didn’t do competitions in track and field but in my summer holidays I used to train 2 times a day, about 3 hours each time. I loved to sprint and didn’t like the long distance races. Starting with 15 I started to attend aerobics classes and I loved the fitness part of it, working with weights. At 18 I entered the gym in my native town just to keep fit and lose some weight. That was the moment I fell in love with bodybuilding”
